Yoga and Detox Day 3: Twist to Detox

I'm so grateful for motherhood it's it's definitely one of the most beautiful thing I've ever experienced in my whole life.

Everyone was quite concern on how I can do the detox for a month. Do not worry! It is not a super strict detox diet.

Green smoothie in the morning with orange juice, banana, spinachi, kale and a booster with the Spirulina.

I have a proper lunch and a light dinner like salad or omelette.

I don't eat red meat. I try to avoid gluten and lactose. I minimize the intake of caffeine, normally you shouldn't take caffeine when you detox but I suffer from Chronicle migraines.

I can do the detox but I have to do a modified version and therefore I do a longer version and I also try to minimize the caffeine intake. I do one like espresso in the morning and then maybe one for lunch and then nothing more. Find a way that works for you. I also drink a lot of Yerba mate tea that I learned from Madonna. It's a great way for you to focus and feel less hungry.

I'm sharing my full detox on my Patreons, if you would like to join me, you can check out my Patreon page here http://www.patreon.com/marlingyoga.

Note: If you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or have a medical condition, I would suggest consulting your physician first. What I am sharing here is what best fits me and I hope it goes well with you.

We're gonna do the Breath of Fire. We are going to do at least 200 breaths then we might increase the number. Breath of Fire is amazing to start your body up. It kick starts your metabolism. Pushing your belly button towards the spine quick and hard, it's like you're massaging your organs and the fluids going it's fantastic for your inner organs, let's give it a proper massage. It's really hard in the beginning you're gonna have to give it time, a few months to get the hang of it.

Yoga twists are the most detoxing things you can do so we're gonna add a twist in all our classes for this detoxing period.
