Winter bath...

It is so cold here in Stockholm. We are trying to build our immune system to fight colds in another way. We go for a swim as often as possible. I recorded it and posted it on my Instagram.

I dare you to swim in a cold water - Winter bath. If you are on a warm climate, make it in an ice bath, stay in for 10 seconds. It is enormously refreshing. It helps with the immune system, circulation, reduce stress an many other benefits.

I am thankful to the people on my program of recovery. They are very engage in helping people with their addiction. I find that remarkably beautiful. I am grateful to be part of the program of recovery.

I am excited that Christmas is coming. ..

We are watching Mary Poppins last night with our daughter. She loves dancing. Gemma has a favourite Australian show called The Wiggles, we do not really know how she find it. We have her watch Mary Poppins, that was magical, Julie Andrews is so amazing in her charm. What an actress. I used to watch sound of music when I was child. I look forward to watch that with Gemma.
